Introduction: During my tenure from March 2018 to July 2018 as an External Lecturer in Digital Marketing at Eadania, located in the Randers area of Denmark, I took on the challenge of enriching the digital marketing curriculum with essential leadership principles. Recognizing the pivotal role of leadership in executing successful digital strategies, I aimed to blend these concepts seamlessly into the coursework. Problem Solved: The primary objective was to develop a curriculum that transcended traditional digital marketing teachings by incorporating leadership insights. This approach was intended to equip students with a comprehensive understanding of how effective leadership can significantly enhance the implementation and success of digital marketing strategies. My responsibility involved crafting engaging course content that covered both the fundamentals of digital marketing and the nuances of leadership in a digital context, fostering an environment where students could appreciate the interconnectivity between these fields. Outcome for the Client: The integration of leadership principles into the digital marketing curriculum was met with positive acclaim from both students and faculty, marking a significant enhancement to the educational offerings at Eadania. This innovative approach facilitated a deeper comprehension among students regarding the strategic dimensions of digital marketing, effectively bridging the gap between theoretical concepts and practical application. The curriculum's success was further underscored by its reception as both educational and directly relevant to the evolving landscape of digital marketing, thereby contributing to a more holistic educational experience that prepares students for the challenges of today’s digital world.
